The Birthday Clown happens to be passing by when he finds poor Kyle sobbing loudly in his room. When asked what s wrong, the young man explains that his heartless stepsister Scarlet has been hogging the TV again and she won t let him watch his favourite cartoon. Optimistic about it being a simple misunderstanding, the clown asks Kyle to guide him to the teen girl, and he almost instantly regrets it once he discovers how downright rabid she is.
